By default, scrolling UP opens the music player, and scrolling DOWN opens the stopwatch. DIGITAL CROWN SHORTCUTS: When viewing the Controls or Workout screen, you can spin the digital crown to instantly load another view. Additionally, auto-segment distance and duration are now remembered by Dash Timer between each workout. AUTO-SEGMENT IMPROVEMENTS: You can now set auto-segments to take place via distance OR duration.
